Return & Refund Policy
At Klein Geheim, every parcel is prepared with care and attention. As many of our products are surprise packages, we want you to understand our return and refund policy before placing an order.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our surprise packages, we do not offer returns or refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, does not like an item, or is unhappy with the surprise selection.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the problem.
- Clear photographs of the affected item and packaging, where applicable.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair or refund.
Missing Items
If an item that was specifically listed or promised as part of your order is missing, please contact us so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Return Conditions
Where a return is appropriate:
- Items should be returned with their original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Please contact us before sending anything back.
- We will advise you of the return procedure and whether return shipping costs will be covered, in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period using the original payment method where possible. We will communicate with you regarding the expected processing time.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under the South African Consumer Protection Act or other applicable legislation.
