These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Klein Geheim. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery, Return & Refund and Privacy policies.

2. Our products
Klein Geheim sells carefully put-together surprise gift packages. The photos on this website show examples of recent packages. Because every package is assembled by hand and part of the contents is a surprise, the items you receive may differ from the photos. We will always match the description, colour and option you chose as closely as reasonably possible.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Shipping fees are shown at checkout, before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Payfast. We never see or store your card details.
- Your order is confirmed once payment has been received in full.
- If a price on the website is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before processing your order, and you may cancel it for a full refund.
4. Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please keep it as your record of the transaction. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is no longer available. If we do, we will let you know and refund any payment in full.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within South Africa only. Order cut-off times, dispatch days and delivery times are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Your information
We use your personal information only to process and deliver your order and to communicate with you about it, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or any other applicable South African law.
9. Liability
We take care to describe our products accurately and to keep this website working. To the extent permitted by law, Klein Geheim is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, or for delivery delays caused by the courier or by circumstances beyond our control.
10. Website content
The photos, text and logo on this website belong to Klein Geheim and may not be copied or used without our permission.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
12. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it with you.
